What do we have to do?

All you need to do is follow the sign-up process below.
We will then check with the UK Charities Registration Agency and if we agree that you are a UK Charity that would benefit from our free web hosting offer your account will be approved and setup.
All we then ask is that you place a link somewhere on your site stating that the site is hosted by 'redIT' this could be in the footer of the page or you could decide to shout about it the choice is yours.

How long does it take to setup?

Depending on when you sign up your account should be up and running normally within the same day. However, if you order after 5pm on a week day you may have to wait until the following working day, or if you order over a weekend you may have to wait until the following Monday.

This will all depend on your build specifications and the time it takes us to get everything setup.
As we build each server as they are ordered this normally take no more than 24 hours but our technical team will be in contact with you during the setup process.

You can change any of the specification options anytime you need.
Once the upgrade has been confirmed our technical team will be in contact to arrange when we can complete the work for you.
If you want to run a Windows Server, just select 'Supplied By Customer' option from the 'Operating System' list and our technical team will contact you about what you would like installed.
We will install a blank version of the version that you require without a License Key which you will need to enter yourself once you have access to the server.
Yes we can.
However, this is an additional service and will be charged as an extra service on your invoice as a guide we charge £2 a month for a 10 rule firewall set.
